Description
This 20 minute recording is ideal for any form of habit reversal as well as the treatment of obsessions and rituals. Scripted to very subtly suggest reversal of hair or eyelash pulling, but can be used for general relaxation or any purpose at all as the child remains in control of the whole process.
Also very suitable for children who just need to calm down a little or learn to relax.
It is recommended that this recording be played to the child every day for at least thirty days, and then as necessary afterwards.
